Chef Sushanta Sengupta
Chef Sushanta Sengupta, Service Enhancer and Founder Director, is a graduate in Hotel Management from IHM Kolkata. He received his initial training at The Taj Palace (Delhi) and has undergone advance food production training. His experiments with food result in culinary delights for connoisseurs and his last position held was chef-in-charge of Zen, The Park, one the finest oriental restaurants in Kolkata. He has judged various cooking competitions including Anandabazar Patrika and The Telegraph's signature campaign Cadbury Mishti Shera Shrishti. Chef Sengupta has conducted a 'Train the Trainer' program organised by IHM Kolkata.
